As part of our continued growth, we are looking for hands-on, detail-oriented, and motivated people to join our assembly team. The role consists of carrying out the complete assembly of industrial vehicle cabins in accordance with our quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

Job description
- Installing prefabricated electrical harnesses;
- Assembling and installing dashboards;
- Performing interior finishing of the cabins;
- Installing heating and air conditioning systems;
- Installing interior and exterior lighting systems;
- Installing cooling system components;
- Assembling and installing all options and equipment required according to each vehicle’s specifications;
- Verifying the conformity and quality of the assembly prior to release to production.
Key competencies
- Excellent manual dexterity and aptitude for assembly work;
- Ability to carry out light mechanical and electrical assembly;
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done;
- Meticulous, organized, and conscientious;
- Good ability to learn and retain information;
- Ease in following established instructions and work methods;
- Good physical condition, able to work standing, handle components, and perform repetitive tasks;
- Team spirit, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Requirements
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, mechanics, electricity, or a related field is an asset;
- Above all, we are looking for people with good manual aptitude, an excellent attitude, and a genuine desire to learn.
