Working in collaboration with the existing team and under the supervision of the Controller, the Accounting Technician will be responsible for completing the full accounting cycle.

Job description

  • Analyze needs for parts and components

  • Request quotes from suppliers

  • Issue purchase orders and ensure their follow-up

  • Validate order confirmations, delivery timelines, and priorities

  • Coordinate transportation and deliveries with suppliers and carriers

  • Manage product returns and delivery discrepancies

  • Maintain effective relationships with existing suppliers

Requirements

  • Education in accounting or equivalent experience

  • Strong organizational and work methods

  • Ability to work as part of a team
