Job description
• Assembling electrical harnesses according to established drawings and procedures;
• Performing crimping, wiring, and identification of wires and connectors;
• Installing electrical harnesses on vehicles during assembly;
• Verifying assembly conformity according to technical drawings;
• Performing continuity tests and electrical validation;
• Diagnosing and correcting simple assembly issues;
• Participating in the continuous improvement of assembly methods;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and quality-focused;
• Good manual dexterity;
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Interest in vehicles, mechanics, or electrical systems.
Requirements
• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in electromechanics, electricity, industrial mechanics, or a related field — an asset;
• Experience in electrical assembly, harness manufacturing, or industrial wiring;
• Knowledge of crimping tools and electrical measuring instruments;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
