Job description
• Respond to parts and technical support requests from customers and distributors
• Manage orders, inventory, and shipment follow-ups
• Provide first-level technical support to customers and the dealer network
Key competencies
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge and technical reasoning
• Strong organizational and administrative follow-up skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and autonomous
Requirements
• College diploma in mechanics, parts management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position (parts, service, or technical support)
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
