Under the supervision of the foreman, the warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving and shipping parts.

Job description

  • Unload trucks (verify that invoices match the received materials);
  • Receive goods and process inventory withdrawals (store management system);
  • Place materials in storage cabinets and shelves;
  • File and organize receiving documents;
  • Prepare shipping memos, file them, and follow up;
  • Prepare kits for sub-assembly workstations;
  • Assist employees in locating parts in the warehouse;
  • Maintain a clean work environment;
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in mechanical parts and accessories sales (or equivalent);
  • Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts;
  • Ability to operate a forklift;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • Any relevant experience will be considered.
